 Rewards of Real Estate
Risks of an investment must be balanced against the rewards. So let's take a look at some of the rewards. It is not really a long list:
Higher than average rates of return
With proper leverage and good information, it is not difficult to find investments that will average at least 5% appreciation over the long run. At 5% average appreciation, you can make 20% - 30% returns.
Not dependant on Social Security
I am not sure about you, but I don't believe social security will be around by the time I am ready to retire. Real estate investment is a much better vehicle for my savings for retirement and probably stands a better chance of being around when you are ready to retire.
Freedom
Real estate is a great way to building wealth over the long-term. Building wealth in your life creates options and opens doors that were not there before. Many of my clients are no longer dependant on their 9AM to 5PM job to pay their monthly expenses. Isn't that a goal that we all would like to see in our lives? Let's sit down and build a long-term plan for you. It does not usually happen over night, but with careful planning and investment, you will likely be there much faster through real estate.
Wealth
Real Estate investments over the long run, done with careful planning and investment is perhaps the surest way to build wealth that the average person can do.
Financial Stability.
With wealth comes financial stability. Financial stability doesn't come over night and serious wealth in real estate usually takes a number years to build, but it does come with careful planning and investment.
Real Estate has big rewards for those who do it successfully. Knowledge and experience is critical to successful investing in real estate. You don't have to know it all yourself to be successful, but will be much more successful if you surround yourselves with those who are and have been successful in real estate investment. They can help you to learn and help you to avoid costly mistakes.
