NEWS: Homebuyers $8,000 Tax Credit

So many people have questions on what the current tax credit is all about, so let me give some of the details. Right now, people who qualify as first-time homebuyers get an $8,000 tax gift from the IRS when they buy a home. If you haven’t owned a home in more than 3 years, chances are you qualify, but definitely call us to make sure.

Pretty great deal isn’t it. If you buy a home, which most people want to do anyway, right now the government will give you $8,000 to do so. Unfortunately this ends the last day of November. You have to close on the purchase by the last day of November, which generally means you need to find the right home before the beginning of November.
